I am posting a link to an article in the CBC.com about misdiagnosis. I am not criticizing another system of medicine but rather pointing out the need for patients to take responsibility for their own health. There is so much material available on the internet, including the Merck Manual, where you can search your symptoms, learn about what you are suffering from, differentiate between the symptoms for yourself, and find out what all the treatments that are available to you are. This particular article is about misdiagnosis of asthma in Canada, but it could be about anything else.
